Angle Fixture

Easy to build and set up as well as store that auxliliary fence enables pattern sawing or moulding but may also act as guard or else a fence with the sanding table.

Overview

The first bracket was rebated to accommodate the anodized aluminium angle merely stuck against the plywood. The second wing was also stuck and strengthened with some wood screws at roughly right angle. That's it.
Rings and shims of the spindle moulder shaft enable fine height adjustment then two clamps lock the angle against the rip fence or the spindle moulder fence plates.

Setup

Pattern sawing with that angle fixture allows any convex shape to be duplicated but also origin dimensions to be reduced or magnified. That "zoom-method" depends on the interval between the saw blade and the auxiliary fence. But the angle may turn out an efficient guard as you can see below and proved useful in some unconventional context like that one.
